Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shopbluefawn.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shopbluefawn.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
